OCB: Certification of the 4th adjustment of registered securities information

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce certification of the 4th adjustment of registered securities information for Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 11/09/2025

From 11/09/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier of share registration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. (supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15)
