Decision on putting the stock on trading restriction
On September 11, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 1092/QD-SGDHN putting the BT6 stock of Beton 6 Corporation under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Beton 6 Corporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: BT6
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2025
- Reason: the Company has negative owner equity recorded in Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2025
- Trading time: Fridays of each week
- Applicable law(s): Points a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 557/GD-SGDHN dated 21/05/2025.

Notice of stock status
On September 11, 2025, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation’s shares (stock code: BT6) as follows:
- BT6 shares are put on trading restriction following the Decision 1092/QD-SGDHN dated 11/09/2025 due to the Company has negative owner equity recorded in Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2025 according to the  provision at Points a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange..
- BT6 shares was put under trading suspension according to Decision No.818/QD-SGDHN dated 16/07/2024 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities, as prescribed in Points e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
