- Reason for delisting: The company is an equitized enterprise that, after 01 year from the first trading date, still does not meet the conditions for being a public company as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law and has not been confirmed by the State Securities Commission to have completed the registration of a public company, falling into the case of canceling the transaction registration as prescribed in Point d Clause 1, Article 137 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government.
