IME: Change of payment Date for cash dividend

Pursuant to the document no. 42/CV-CKXL dated 15/09/2025 of MECHANICAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY (securities code: IME), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Cleairng Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce change of  payment of 2024 cash dividend of IME shares (record date: 21/8/2025) as follows:

Changed information:
- Payment time: 15/10/2025 ( 1st time adjustment) 
Reason: Some of the Company's receivable from construction work did not arrive as expected, affecting the company's spending plan, including the 2024 cash dividend payment.
Other contents in Notice no.1472/TB-CNVSDC dated 04/08/2025 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
