ECI: Stock ineligible for margin trading

Based on the Decision No.87/QD-UBCK dated 25/01/2017 of SSC on issuance of Regulation on giving guidelines on securities margin trading and the Decision No.1205/QD-UBCK dated 27/12/2017 on revision of the Decision 87/QD-UBCK, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced reason for following stock ineligible for margin trading:

• Issuer: ECI Group Joint Stock Company
• Securities type: common stock
• Stock code: ECI
• Effective date: 17/9/2025
• Additional reason: The company is late in disclosing the audited separate and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 semi-annual period more than 05 working days from the deadline for information disclosure.
• Other reasons: The stock is under alert and supervision status.
