PSN: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution time: 21/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Finance-Accounting Department of PTSC Thanh Hoa Technical Services Company, no.268 Tran Nhat Duat, Truc Lam ward, Thanh Hoa Province from 21/10/2025 or via bank transfer. ID cards have to be presented.
