LNC: Payment of 2024 cash dividend and additional payment of 2023 cash dividend (distributing after-tax profits according to the conclusion of the State Audit of Region II)

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate:
0,67%/share (67 VND/share), in which:
+ Dividend in 2024: 0.53%/share (53 VND/share)
+ Dividend in 2023: 0.14%/share (14 VND/share)
For the additional dividend in 2023, payment is made according to Resolution of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 276/2025/NQDHĐCĐ-LNC dated 21/04/2025.

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Le Ninh Joint Stock Company (Lien Co Residential Area - Le Ninh Commune - Quang Tri Province) province on working days from 14/10/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
