ECI: Decision on maintaining stock under alert and Notice on stock status

* Decision on maintaining stock under alert:
Pursuant to Decision No. 1117/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025, HNX announces the stock is maintained under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Education Cartography and Illustration JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: ECI
- Effective date: 22/09/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 15 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Other warning reasons: The listed organization has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year;
- Applicable regulations: Points g and d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 796/QD-SGDHN dated July 9, 2025 of HNX.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

HNX announces the status of Education Cartography and Illustration JSC (stock code: ECI) as follows:
-  ECI shares are maintained under alert according to Decision No. 1117/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025, due to due to the listed organization's delay in submitting the audited semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 15 days from the prescribed deadline and the listed organization has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year.
-  ECI shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 370/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit of the parent company's shareholders in 2023 and 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements of 2024 is a negative number.
