SDA: Decision on stock under continued alert, Decision on stock under supervision and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 1129/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: SIMCO Song Da JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SDA
- Effective date: 23/09/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the auditor had a qualified opinion on the Company's Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- Applicable regulations: Points b, c Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1081/QD-SGDHN dated 09/09/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1130/QD-SGDHN dated September 18, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: SIMCO Song Da JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SDA
- Effective date: 23/9/2025
- Reason: The Company failed to make public the Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 over 30 working days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Applicable regulations: Point g, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1081/QD-SGDHN dated 09/09/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

-  SDA shares are under supervision based on Decision No. 1130/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025 as The Company failed to make public the Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 over 30 working days from the deadline of information disclosure.
