SDU: Decision on stock out of alert

* Stock lifted out of alert:
Pursuant to Decision No.11131/QD-SGDHN dated 18/9/2025, HNX announced the stock is lifted out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da Urban Investment Construction and Development Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SDU
- Effective date: 23/9/2025
- Reason: The Company managed to tackle all issues that had led to the stock put under alert;
- Applicable regulations: Clause 4, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 788/QD-SGDHN dated July 4, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on putting SDU stock on the alert list.

-  SDU shares are under supervision status according to Decision No. 338/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025 of HNX due to the company's the auditor has qualified opinions to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 and 2024.
