* Decision on stock under supervision:
Following Decision No. 1113/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO3 Electricity Construction JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VE3
- Effective date: 23/09/2025
- Reason: The Company has submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 delayed for more than 30 days from the deadline;
- Applicable regulations: Point g Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued along with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the Company shall send to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and publish information along with measures and roadmap to remedy the situation of securities being controlled.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 1080/QD-SGDHN dated 09/09/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
