VOS: 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: late October or in November 2025 tentatively
- Planned meeting venue: Vietnam Maritime Transport Joint Stock Company Hall – No. 215 Lach Tray, Gia Vien Ward, Hai Phong City.
- Meeting agenda: Issues within the authority of the General Meeting and will be announced by the Company later.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
