FLC: Decision on the enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration

On 17/09/2025, FLC Group JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 296/CBTT-FLC as follows:
FLC Group JSC (“FLC Group”) disclosed information on the fact that on 16 September 2025, the Company received the following Decision on the enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration, specifically:
1. Decision No. 2053/QĐ-TCS2-KĐT dated 12/9/2025 issued by Tax Sub-Department No. 2 of Thanh Hoa Province on enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration by applying the measure of deducting funds from the bank accounts of the entity subject to enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
2. Decision No. 2054/QĐ-TCS2-KĐT dated 12/9/2025 issued by Tax Sub-Department No. 2 of Thanh Hoa Province on enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration by applying the measure of deducting funds from the bank accounts of the entity subject to enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
3. Decision No. 2055/QĐ-TCS2-KĐT dated 12/9/2025 issued by Tax Sub-Department No. 2 of Thanh Hoa Province on enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration by applying the measure of deducting funds from the bank accounts of the entity subject to enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
4. Decision No. 2056/QĐ-TCS2-KĐT dated 12/9/2025 issued by Tax Sub-Department No. 2 of Thanh Hoa Province on enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration by applying the measure of deducting funds from the bank accounts of the entity subject to enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
5. Decision No. 2057/QĐ-TCS2-KĐT dated 12/9/2025 issued by Tax Sub-Department No. 2 of Thanh Hoa Province on enforcement of an administrative decision on tax administration by applying the measure of deducting funds from the bank accounts of the entity subject to enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
