GSM: Announcement of decision to recover tax payment to the State budget

On September 24, 2025, GSM received Decision No. 231/QD-TT dated September 16, 2025, of the Ha Tinh Provincial Inspectorate on the recovery of money paid to the State budget, specifically:
- Recovering and paying to the State budget the tax amount of Huong Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company (address: Km 70, National Highway 8A, Son Kim 1 Commune, Ha Tinh Province; Tax code/Enterprise code: 3000333195), amount: VND6,504,715
- Reason: Huong Son Hydropower Joint Stock Company declared and settled corporate income tax, VAT not in accordance with regulations, and late payment of the above tax amount.
