QPH: Payment of additional cash dividend from undistributed after-tax profits as of 30/06/2025

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100%/share (10,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 30/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Office of Que Phong Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Don Con Village, Muong Noc Commune, Que Phong District, Nghe An Province or at the trading office: Level 8, Sudico Building, Me Tri Street, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi on working days from 30/10/2025. ID cards, power of attorney (for institutional investors) have to be presented.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
