+ Approving the resignation application of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai from member of the Board of Directors (BOD) dated 25/09/2025; and dismissing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai from the position of BOD member from the date of approval by the General Meeting
+ Approving election of one new BOD member for the remaining term of 2022-2027, replacing the resigned BOD member
+ Approving revision of the Charter
+ Approving issues within the authority of the General meeting if any
