TTB: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1178/QD-SGDHN dated October 01, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TTB stock of TTBGroup Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason: The auditing organization gives a disclaimer of opinion in Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Other reason: The company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statement 2024 for over 45 days; The company was late in submitting Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2024 for over 45 days;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, TTBGroup Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
