Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution time: October 2025
- Execution venue: The Company's Headquarters
- Contents:
+ Approval of supplementing 2025 investment capital plan to purchase 02 47-seat cars to serve the production and business of Binh Son Petroleum Packaging and Trading Joint Stock Company;
+ Approval of supplementing the Company's business lines;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting are subject to shareholders' opinions in writing according to the provisions of the Company's Charter (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
