On October 1, 2025, Dongnai Paint Corporation announced Resolution No. 02/NQ-SDN/YKDHDCD2025 as follows:
Article 1: The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the change of the Company’s head office address as follows:
Current address: No. 7, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province.
New address: No. 6, Ho Nai Industrial Park, Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai Province.
Article 2: This Resolution shall take effect from the date of signing. The Board of Directors, the Management Board, and all related individuals are responsible for implementing this Resolution
