* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No.1213/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: ECI Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: ECI
- Effective date: 08/10/2025
- Reason: The listed organization has not yet held the General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year;
- Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

- Issuer: ECI Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: ECI
- Effective date: 08/10/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Other control reasons: The auditing organization has qualified opinion on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2023 and 2024 and profit after tax of the parent company's shareholders in 2023 and 2024 is negative; The listed organization's late submission of the audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline and the listed organization's late submission of the audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2024 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Applicable regulations: Points b, d, g, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

HNX announced the status of ECI Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: ECI) as follows:
- ECI shares are under alert according to Decision No.1213/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the Listed Organization not holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year;
- ECI shares are under supervision according to Decision No.1214/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025of the Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the listed organization's late submission of the audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 30 days after the prescribed deadline; The after-tax profit of the parent company's shareholders in 2023 and 2024 on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2024 is a negative number.
