VE3: Decision on stock under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 1210/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO3 Electricity Construction JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VE3
- Effective date: 08/10/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial report for 2025 more than 45 days after the prescribed deadline;
-Trading restrictions: Only allowed to trade on Fridays every week from the effective date of the Decision;
- Applicable regulations: Point a, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
-  Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the Company shall send to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and publish information along with measures and roadmap to remedy the situation.
-  This Decision replaces Decision No. 1113/QD-SGDHN dated 18/09/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

HNX announced the status of VNECO3 Electricity Construction JSC (stock code: VE3) as follows: VE3 shares are under trading restriction as Decision No. 1210/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the listed organization was late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial report for 2025 more than 45 days after the prescribed deadline.
