GCB: Change in personnel

Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company announced a change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Ngo Duy Long has resigned from General Manager with effect since October 02, 2025;
- Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Huong has resigned from the Chair of the BOD with effect since October 02, 2025;
- Mr. Ngo Duy Long has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since October 02, 2025;
- Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Huong has been appointed Member of the BOD, concurrently the Disclosure Officer and the Corporate Governance Officer with effect since October 02, 2025.
