DPS: ​Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 1192/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DPS stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025;
- Reason: the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2025 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Other reasons:
+ The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
+ The Company is an involuntarily delisted company under Point i Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, e, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Soc Son Development Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 828/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025.

Notice of stock status
On October 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Soc Son Development Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DPS) as follows:
- DPS shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 1192/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2025 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; the company was forced to delist according to point i Section 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government as prescribed at points b, e and h Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange; trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- DPS shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 591/QD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2025 due to the reasons that the Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to trading restriction (continues being late in submitting the Audited Annual Financial Statement 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure) according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law as prescribed at Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
