Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1201/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of SSN stock as follows:
- Base of review: Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; the Company has received the Court's decision to open bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the law on corporate bankruptcy;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday Friday when it is removed from trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. Notice on stock status
On October 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SSN) as follows:
- SSN shares are under continued trading restriction following Decision No. 1201/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, 2024, 2025 for more than 45 days; the Company has received the Court's decision to open bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the law on corporate bankruptcy according to the provisions at Point b, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction period: Only allowed to trade every Friday from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension;
- SSN shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 647/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company has not provide a remedy plan according to the provisions at Point d, Clause 1 Article 46 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
