Decision on continued trading restriction UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1200/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announced that the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
-  Issuer: Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation
-  Stock code: TKC
-  Base of review: Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025;
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi Annual Financial Statements 2025 over 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi Annual Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days; The Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023, 2024 over 45 days; The Company was forced into delisting over its failure to fulfill financial obligations to the stock exchange under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Securities;
- Trading restriction: Trade is available only every Fridays from the date of being lifted out of trading suspension;
-   Applicable regulation: Points b, g, h section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 851/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2024

Notice of stock status
Following Notice No. 4402/TB-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation’s shares (Upcom: TKC) as follows:
- TKC shares are under continued trading restriction under Decision No. 1200/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi Annual Financial Statements 2024, 2025 over 45 days; the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023, 2024 over 45 days; the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company was forced into delisting over its failure to fulfill financial obligations to the stock exchange under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Securities; according to the provisions of Points b, g, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction period: Only allowed to trade every Friday from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension;
-  TKC shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 117/QD-SGDHN dated March 13, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of their serious infringement on information disclosure under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP; according to the provisions of Points đ Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
