KPF: Notice on stock status

On October 03, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces the status of shares of KOJI Asset Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KPF) as follows:
- KPF shares are put under trading restriction from 13/10/2025 based on Decision No. 1183/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2025 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; it belongs to the case as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of Vietnam Stock Exchange; Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- KPF shares are put under trading suspension (from July 09, 2025) due to the reason(s) that The company seriously violated the obligation to disclose information as prescribed in Point O, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020; it belongs to the case as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
