KPF: Decision on putting the stock under trading restriction

On October 03, 2025, the Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 1183/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock under trading suspension:
- Basis for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason: the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement for 2025, more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Effective date: 13/10/2025;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, KOJI Asset Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
