TOP: Notice on stock status

Following Notice No. 4401/TB-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Top One JSC’s shares (stock code: TOP) as follows:
- TOP shares are under continued trading restriction following Decision No. 1199/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 for over 45 days; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021 according to the provisions at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation. Trading restriction: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension.
- TOP shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 651/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities according to the provisions at Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
