TTB: Notice on stock status

Following Notice No. 4400/TB-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of TTBGroup Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TTB) as follows:
- TTB shares are continued trading restriction on UPCoM following Decision No. 1198/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025 due to the auditing organization gives a disclaimer of opinion in Audited Financial Statement 2023; The company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statement 2024 and Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2024, 2025 for over 45 days according to the provisions at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TTB shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 14/QD-SGDHN dated January 12, 2024 due to the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities; belongs to the case at Point đ Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
