Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1188/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HDO stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: The Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the last 02 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; The auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2019; The company has negative equity in its Audited Financial Statements 2019.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, a, c, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Hung Dao Container JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 820/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025.

Notice of stock status
On 03/10/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of HDO shares are put under trading restriction (HDO) as follows:
- HDO shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 1188/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025 due to the reasons the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days, the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the last 02 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; The auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2019; The company has negative equity in its reviewed Audited Financial Statements 2019 at Point b, a, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HDO shares remains under trading suspension following the Decision No. 585/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reasons that The company has no measures to remedy the cause of its shares being put on the restricted trading at Point e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
