Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

(Effective date of code allocation: 24/10/2025; effective date of code cancellation: 25/11/2025)        
+ Planned quantity of issued shares: 5,000,000 shares
+ Issue price: VND 25,000/share
+ Execution rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for each right).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): 
+ Principle of rounding: according to the execution rate of 1:1, there is not fractional shares.
Principle of handling the remaing shares due to shareholders not exercising their rights: Remaining shares due to shareholders not exercising their rights: Remaing shares due to existing shareholders not exercising their arising rights (if any), the Board of Directors shall offer them to other parties according to the plan approved by the General Meeting. The number of shares offered according to the decision of the Board of Directors will be restricted from transfer within 1 year from the date of closing the offering. The handling of unsold shares comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP and ensure other conditions as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises and other relevant regulations.
For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 100 shares and will be entitled to buy 100*1/1=100 shares. Accordingly, the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to buy is 100 shares.
+ After the public offering of shares to existing shareholders, in case existing shareholders do not exercise their rights to purchase shares and/or do not purchase all the offered shares, the Board of Directors will continue to offer shares to domestic investors to ensure the maximum foreign investor ownership ratio in the company in compliance with prevailing laws
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time for transfer of right issue: From 24/10/2025 to 18/11/2025.
+ The right issue can be transferred once only. The transferee shall not be allowed to transfer to a third party. The transferor and transferee shall agree on the transfer price, payment and be responsible for performing the obligations as prescribed in relation to transfer.
-     Regulations on subscribed securities:
+     Time to register to purchase and pay for shares: From 24/10/2025 to 20/11/2025.
+     The subscribed securities are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company, Level 8, Sonadezi building, no.1, Road 1, Bien Hoa 1 industrial zine, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province and make payment to the blockade account.
