+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, address: LPB Tower, 210 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi during office hours on weekdays starting from 14/11/2025. When receiving dividends, shareholders have to present their Citizen ID/personal identification (for individual shareholders) or Business Registration Certificate/equivalent legal documents (for institutional shareholders) registered with the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development and Share Ownership Certificate.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
