Decision on stock under continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1195/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CAD stock of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company had the submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 delayed over 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction:
+ The Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting for 02 consecutive fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
+ The auditor gave disclaimer of opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024;
+ The Company had negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2024.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, c and h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 832/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on CAD stock under continued trading restriction.
Notice of stock status
On 03/10/2025, HNX announces Notice No. 4397/TB-SGDHN on the status of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC's shares (HNX: CAD) as follows: CAD shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 1195/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025 as the Company had the submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 delayed over 45 days; has not convened the Annual General Meeting for 02 consecutive fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024 while the Company had negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2024 in pursuit of Points a, b, c and h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
