TOP: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1199/QD-SGDHN dated October 03, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TOP stock of Top One JSC as follows:
- Base of review: Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025
- Reason: The Company was late in submitting Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025 for over 45 days
- Other reason: The Company was late in submitting Review Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2022, 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday when it is removed from trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Top One JSC shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 652/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025
