Reason for suspension: Inefficient business performance.
Article 2: Authorize the company’s legal representative to carry out necessary procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
Article 3: The company’s legal representative is responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 4: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing
