Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time:  the 4th quarter of 2025 tentatively
- Execution venue: Office of Vneco 3 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (address: Block Trung Do 3, Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province)
- Contents:Approval of changing the Company's private placement plan and some other issues under the authority of the General Meeting (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
