AST: Advance payment of 2025 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 25%/share (2,500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 24/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Transaction Office of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company, 3rd floor, hall B, office area, terminal T1, Noi Bai International Airport, Noi Bai ward, Hanoi City on working days of the week starting from October 24, 2025. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
