- Meeting time: 12/2025 tentatively 
- Meeting venue: 3rd floor, apartment building 29T1, Hoang Dao Thuy street, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi city.
-  Meeting agenda:
+ Approving the dismissal of Mr. Truong Dinh Canh from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board for the 2022-2027 term;
+ Approving the dismissal of Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung from the position of Member of the Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term;
+ Electing 1 additional Member of the ABIC Supervisory Board for the 2022-2027 term and 01 Member of the Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term;
+ Other issues within the the authority of the General Meeting  (if any).
