PVP: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 28/11/2025.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Pacific Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company, 3rd Floor, Phu My Building, No. 43 Mac Dinh Chi, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays from Monday to Friday) starting from 28/11/2025.
ID card/passport and shareholder book/Share certificate have to be presented. A valid Power of Attorney (notarized or confirmed by the local authority) is required for authority
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
