+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at at the Accounting - Finance Department of Tan Binh Real Estate Joint Stock Company on working days of the week starting from November 28, 2025.ID card have to be presented.
