ITA: Decision on being maintain under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

* Decision on being maintain under trading restriction:
Following Decision No 1272/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be maintain under trading restriction of ITA stocks as follows:
- Basis for review: The reviewed annual financial statements 2025;
- Reason for maintaining transaction restrictions: The company is late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Other reasons for transaction restrictions: The company is late in submitting the audited financial statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Stocks with trading time restrictions: Only be traded on Fridays every week from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension list;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Transactions issued together with Decision No. 23/QD- Board of Directors dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 654/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange on placing the company on restricted trading list.

* Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITA) as follows:
- ITA shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1272/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025 due to: The company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2025 and the audited financial statements 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; in the case of shares subject to restricted trading according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Transactions issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading time: Only allowed to trade on Friday sessions every week from the date the shares are removed from the list of suspended trading;
- ITA shares are put under trading suspension according to Decision No. 59/QD-SGDHN dated February 6, 2025 because: The company is subjected to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed in Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities, in the case of shares suspended from trading according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Transactions of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
