Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No.1270/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HTP stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Financial Statement 2025
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited Review Financial Statement 2025 for over 45 days.
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 and 2024 for more than 45 days
- Trading restriction: only traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.630/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025.

Notice of stock status
On October 20, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company (HTP) as follows:
- Trading restriction according to Decision No. 1270/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025:
The company submitted the semi-annual financial statements for 2024 and 2025, as well as the audited financial statements for 2023 and 2024, more than 45 days after the statutory deadline for disclosure.
This case falls under the category of securities restricted from trading as prescribed in Points b and c, Clause 1, Article 33 of the “Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading,” issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025, of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Warning according to Decision No. 890/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025:
The company has not yet held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within the time limit prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law — which states that the meeting must be held no later than the end of the fourth month from the close of the fiscal year.
This case falls under the category of securities subject to warning as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the “Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading.”
