On 20/10/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Loc Troi Group Land Joint Stock Company (LTG) as follows:
- LTG shares are trading restriction following the Decision No. 1275/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 as the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and 2025 and Audited Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure, thus trading restriction under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Trading registration and Management of Unlisted securities transactions as stipulated along with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- LTG shares are under alert following the Decision No. 886/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 as the Company has failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2025 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, thus alert under Point b Section 1 Article 32 of the Regulations on Trading registration and Management of Unlisted securities.
