Pursuant to Decision No. 1269/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of the following stock:
- Issuer's name: H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HAI
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025
- Reason for continued trading restriction: The Company had the submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 delayed over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Other reason for trading restriction: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the last two fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 39 of the Law on Enterprises and had submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 and 2024 and Audited Financial Statements 2023 and 2024 delayed over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Fridays from the date of being lifted out of trading suspension;
- Applicable laws: Points b and h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Trading registration and Management of Unlisted securities Trading as stipulated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the shares become subject to trading restriction under Article 1 of this Decision, H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company shall submit a written explanation to the Hanoi Stock Exchange, clarifying the reasons and proposing remedial measures.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 821/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stocks under continued trading restriction
