HAI: Notice on stock status

HNX announced the status of H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAI) as follows:
- HAI shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 1269/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the last two fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of a fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enteprises and had the submission of the Audited Financial Statements 2022, 2023 and 2024 delayed over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure, thus under trading restriction under Points h and b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Trading registration and Management of Unlisted securities as stipulated along with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange. The form of restriction is that trading is only available every Fridays from the date of being lifted out of trading suspension;
-  HAI shares are under trading suspension under Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated 20/04/2023 as the Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure obligations or other circumstances deemed necessary for the shares to be delisted by the Exchange or State Securities Commission in protection of shareholders' interests under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing the execution of certain articles of the Law on Securities, thus under trading suspension under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Trading registration and Management of Unlisted securities as stipulated alongside Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
