Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1258/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: VINAHUD Urban and Housing Development Investment JSC
- Stock code: VHD
- Type of security: Common stock
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason: The company was late in submitting its reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2025 by more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Effective date: 27/10/2025
- Trading restriction: The stock is only allowed to be traded on Fridays each week;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On 20/10/2025, HNX announces the status of VHD shares are put under trading restriction as follows:
- VHD shares are put under trading restriction from October 27, 2025 following the Decision No. 1258/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 due to the company was late in submitting its reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2025 by more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction: The stock is only allowed to be traded on Fridays each week.
