Decision on continued trading restriction
On October 20, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 1260/QD-SGDHN putting the AMD stock of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: AMD
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason:
+ The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
+ The company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023, 2024 and Audited semi-annual financial statements 2024 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- Trading time: Fridays of each week from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension
- Applicable law(s): Points b, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 837/GD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025.

Notice of stock status
On October 20, 2025, HNX announces the status of FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AMD) as follows:
- AMD shares  are put on trading restriction following the Decision 1260/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days; the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years; the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2024 for over 45 days according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law, as prescribed in Points b, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading time: Fridays of each week from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension.
- AMD shares are put under trading suspension from July 19, 2023 according to Decision No.756/QD-SGDHN dated 12/7/2023 due to: the company is forced to be delisted due to serious violation of the obligation to disclose information as prescribed at point o Clause 1 Article 120 of the Government's Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, it belongs to the case that the shares are subject to trading suspension as prescribed in Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
