Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1279/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RDP stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: The Trading Registration Organization has received a court decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Bankruptcy;
- Trading restriction: Transactions are only allowed on Fridays each week starting from the date the shares are removed from the list of securities subject to trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, d Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 998/QD-SGDHN dated 18/08/2025.

Notice of stock status
On 20/10/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of RDP shares are put under trading restriction (RDP) as follows:
- RDP shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 1279/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 due to the reasons the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days; The Trading Registration Organization has received a court decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Bankruptcy, as prescribed at Point b, e, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction: Transactions are only allowed on Fridays each week starting from the date the shares are removed from the list of securities subject to trading suspension;
- Alert according to Decision No. 882/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025: The Trading Registration Organization has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises. This case falls under the category of securities subject to warning in accordance with Point b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading;
- Trading suspension according to Decision No. 497/QD-SGDHN dated April 29, 2025: The Trading Registration Organization has been compulsorily delisted due to a serious violation of information disclosure obligations as stipulated in Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of the Law on Securities. This case falls under the category of securities subject to trading suspension in accordance with Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading, issued together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022, by the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange.
