Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No.1259/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of AAGM stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason: The company was delisted because it had negative owner equity in Audited Consolidated Financial Statement 2024
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
 Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, An Giang Import Export Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 560/QD-SGDHN dated 21/05/2025.

Notice of stock status
 On October 20, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of An Giang Import Export Company (stock code: AGM) as follows:
- AGM shares are being put under trading restriction following the Decision No.1259/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025 due to the reason that the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days; the company was delisted because it had negative owner equity in Audited Consolidated Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed in Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange
- AGM shares remains on alert following the Decision No.901/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the reason that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
