Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1266/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CVN stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: The Company is compulsory delisted.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, e Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Vinam Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 715/QD-SGDHN dated 09/06/2025.

Notice of stock status
On 20/10/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of CVN shares are put under trading restriction (CVN) as follows:
- CVN shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 1266/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2025 due to the reasons the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days, the Company is compulsory delisted as prescribed at Point b, e Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Exchange.
